Six clear steps, zero guesswork.
Here is exactly what happens from the moment you reach out until your final gallery lands in your inbox.
Quote and booking
You receive a written quote with everything included. Sign the agreement online and pay a 30% retainer to lock in your date. The balance is due on the day of the shoot.
Creative planning
We send a mood board, shot list, timeline and wardrobe or prop guide. For locations, we scout lighting and permissions ahead of time so the day runs smoothly.
Shoot day
We arrive early to set up lighting and audio. You are directed through every shot, and we check images as we go so you can see the results in real time.
Editing
We cull, color correct and retouch every selected image by hand. Video is edited, color graded, captioned and scored with licensed music.
Delivery and review
Your files arrive in a private online gallery, sized for web, print and social. Each package includes one round of revisions on video edits and a backup of your gallery for 12 months.
