• Booking details such as preferred dates, locations, service selections and project notes
• Billing information needed to issue invoices and process payment (card data is handled by our payment processor, not stored by us)
• Images and video of you, your team, your property or your products created during a session

Archived image files may be kept for up to 3 years to allow reprints, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted storage and password-protected galleries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Images of minors are created only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who books the session.
