Where is the studio located?
We are based in Fort Myers, FL and serve Lee, Collier and Charlotte County. Studio visits are by appointment only so we can prepare the space for your shoot.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sunrise and sunset sessions can be arranged outside these hours.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for most sessions. Events and full productions are best booked four to six weeks ahead, especially during the winter season.
What should I wear?
We send a wardrobe guide after booking. In short: solid colors, nothing with large logos, and clothing that fits well and feels like you.
What happens if it rains?
Florida weather changes fast. If rain or wind threatens an outdoor shoot, we will move to the studio or reschedule at no charge.
Do I get the raw files?
We deliver fully edited images and video. Unedited raw files are not included because they do not represent our finished work.
Can I print my images?
Yes. Every gallery includes print-ready files and a personal print release. Commercial printing is covered by the license in your package.
How long do you keep my gallery?
Galleries stay online for 12 months after delivery. We recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as you receive them.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel within Lee County is included. Travel outside Lee County is billed at $0.70 per mile round trip.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance to venues on request.
