Booking & Refund Policy

1. Reserving your date

Your date is reserved once we receive a signed agreement and a 30% retainer. Dates are not held without both.

2. Retainers

The retainer is non-refundable because we turn away other work to hold your date. It can be transferred once to a new date within 6 months if you reschedule with proper notice.

3. Rescheduling by you

• More than 7 days before the shoot: one free reschedule
• 48 hours to 7 days before: $75 rescheduling fee
• Less than 48 hours before: treated as a cancellation

4. Cancellations by you

• More than 7 days before: retainer kept, no further charge
• Less than 7 days before: 50% of the total package price is due
• Less than 48 hours before or no-show: 100% of the package price is due

5. Weather

For outdoor sessions, we monitor the forecast and will contact you if rain, lightning or high wind is expected. Weather-related reschedules are free, or we can move the session to our studio.

6. Cancellations by us

If we must cancel due to illness or emergency, we will offer a new date or a qualified replacement photographer. If neither works for you, we will refund all payments, including the retainer.

7. Late arrivals

Sessions start at the booked time. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to keep our schedule on time for other clients, with no reduction in price.

8. Refunds on delivered work

Because creative work is custom, we do not offer refunds after images or video have been delivered. If something is not right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to fix it through edits or a partial reshoot where appropriate.
